Hi,Last week, we requested a move house reconnection for this Friday with Orcon. Unfortunately, they have already moved the connection 3 days before the agreed date (which is Tuesday). This leaves us with no internet access for 3 days in our current address. Since move house connections are new contracts, this will be another 12 month contract for us.However since this new contract hasn't really technically started, I am wondering if I cancel this contract with no termination fee?
