Sorry I'm not a tech wizard so please bear with meWe currently have the standard Orcon router for our Fibre connection, however we have 20+ devices in our house - many of them apple and internet keeps crashing. We bought a Nighthawk AX12 that we were told could plug straight into the Gateway and we would be all good - which is how the current Orcon router is set up. Note - we don't want to use it as a bridge/extender - want to use instead of the Orcon router.We then spent 5 hours on the phone with Netgear with no luck, also Orcon couldn't help (other than supply our admin login) as it's not one of their routers. And we still cant get an internet connection. Anyone have any ideas or do we give up and take back to the shop?Surely it shouldn't be this hard? :(Thanks heaps
