Hi, after a call to Orcon helpdesk it turns out our genius lite is faulty. All blue lights turn on upon power up but do not distinguish. The rep said that he had posted a ticket with their returns dept and they would call me back with further details. This occurred yesterday. 1. How long should I expect to wait for the initial call? I am obviously wanting broadband asap./>2. Is there any chance I can user a non genius modem with the genius line. It would really help if I could get some sort of connection - especially with the Brazilian gp this weekend :( Thanks.
