Just trying to get my head around the process for leaving Orcon to a different UFB ISP.I understand there is a 30 day notice period, so if I sign up to the new ISP to start on the 18th of next month (30 days from now) I will be charged for this next month with Orcon (with a credit for the period of the 19th - 23rd of this coming month)Is that about right?AlsoDo I need to inform Orcon I am moving on that date or will the new ISP inform them (and if I do need to inform them, what is the best way of doing that?)Thanks
