Hi Guys,My sisters broadband connection with Orcon randomly stopped working..DSL/Broadband sync light is solid greenPPP light is out.-nothing on her setup was changed, it just randomly stopped working!I got her to call the helpdesk and got her password reset.Then I reset her modem (Thompson gateway I gifted her) and put the new password in.Still cannot get PPP to come up.Nothing unusual in the logs...BIZARRE.she's in Parnell...I might go over tomorrow night with an Apple Airport or my old D-Link to swap out the router...her router may have cooked itself, she had it on the carpet and the air vents were totally blocked (!)
