Hi Guys,Anyone know who I would speak to about getting a new modem from Orcon. I have had the current one for 6 years or more and the phone has failed with it, currently using a protable phone purchased from warehouse. I called yesterday and got passed around 3 people and eventually the guy was running some tests which I knew would be fine. Anyway he said he could only give me a new one if it failed. I changed house recently and should have asked for one then.The tech didn't understand me and felt like he was reading from a script. Also how accurate are the VDSL tests the new connection team does and can they be influenced by the wiring in the house?Any help appreciated.Cheers, Smileynz
