Hi,I'm with Orcon, had a LOT of trouble getting connected to fibre about half a year ago but it has been working ok-ish since then (though VERY slow lately, but might not be Orcon's fault). Will be moving house by the end of this month as the missus has bought a house, we will move in by the first of February. The new place, according to the enable website, has (the option of) fibre. But when we looked at the house before the missus bought it we didn't see any ETP or ONT anywhere so likely yes, there's fibre but it will first need to be connected to the house from the street.What would be the best way forward? Preferably the ETP/ONT will be installed on the very day we move in but I'm afraid Orcon will manage to do everything wrong again with weeks of outage before finally being connected.Anyone from Orcon here who can give some good advice?
