I'm hoping someone may be able to offer some advice on what my options are... I have recently moved to a block near Woodhill and I have terrible speeds and ping times. I've been testing using speedtest.net over the last month and I seldom see local ping times below 200ms, and sometimes as high as 1200ms to Orcon. At night, my access grinds to a halt. Day or night I can't watch a Youtube clip without buffering every half minute. I've had to cancel my quickflix subscription as it was unusable. I have logged a call with Orcon 4 days ago but as expected I haven't heard anything back.I've tried doing an isolation test and it doesn't make any difference. I've tried 3 different modems. Nothing seems to make a difference. Here are my line stats as reported by my TPLink modem. The error rates are very low so I assume that means I don't have a line problem. Hopefully someone can confirm if they look ok. From my limited knowledge they seem fine. Note that the stat's all need to be divided by 10 (as they are 0.1 dB):Mode:ADSL_G.dmtTraffic Type:ATMStatus:UpLink Power State:L0 Downstream UpstreamLine Coding(Trellis):OnOnSNR Margin (0.1 dB):118 120Attenuation (0.1 dB):270 130Output Power (0.1 dBm):198 119Attainable Rate (Kbps):7712 928 HEC Errors:0 54CD Errors:0 0 LCD Errors:0 0 Total Cells:961954596Data Cells:6270155Bit Errors:00 Total ES:639Total SES:9Total UAS:32Any advice on what to try next?
