Howdy chaps. Moving from my addy which had the 30 download and 10 upload to a new addy that has fibre already installed. Called the Phillipines and they resigned me up to a new contract and waved my early cancellation fee. They've upgraded me to a new connection and waived my postal fee (after a bit of bickering) because of being forcibly upgraded to a new speed and price. Checking in today though, does anyone know the turn around for when our connection will be flicked over? Their poor call centers are chaos at the moment. Poor fellas..
